Field Trip - October 6 2023
American Frontier - Slinger, Wisconsin
History Mystery - The Frontier takes the students on a time travel adventure back to 1815, 1831, 1851, and 1866. The group finds themselves in the middle of a kerfuffle in 1866. A pioneer woman has just lost her husband and is about to lose her land because of an unscrupulous lawyer. The kids convince her that they are time travelers who could help her by obtaining the documents she needs to prove her case. Not only do they become detectives, but defendants in her trial in the last scene. Students encounter Sojourner Truth, pan for gold during the Gold Rush, and help a squatter who is pinned under a tree. Truly interactive historical theater where they don't just read or watch but, DO!

Chapel Service - April 24, 2024
Prizewinners
The fifth graders did a wonderful job leading in chapel on Wednesday morning. Students participated in all parts of the service. The message was very clear and concise. The Gospel is the good news that God in Christ paid the price of suffering, so that we could have the prize of enjoying Him forever. Thank you, fifth graders.
